Gems from the Classics
Treatments for the Head and Neck
Course Outline:
In her only European seminar of 2012, Kiiko will be explaining her approach to diagnosis, treatment and the Classical concepts that underpin her methods.
She will teach and demonstrate her specific diagnosis and treatment strategies for the head and neck including protocols for the eye, ear, nose and mouth, TMJ and sinus problems.
Kiiko Matsumoto is known internationally for her scholarly work and insightful interpretations of the Classical Chinese texts. Her seminars are a stimulating and dynamic blend of theory and practical demonstration on patients drawn from clinic. This format allows participants to see Kiiko’s masterly application of the style first hand, including needle technique, point location and the use of Japanese style thread moxa. |
|
| The clinical strategies and techniques Kiiko teaches will give participants new perspectives into even the most commonly encountered clinical syndromes of the head and neck, as well as those that are more unusual or problematical. |
Participants will leave this seminar with theoretical insights and practical knowledge that can be applied directly in clinic.
Participants:
This seminar is intended primarily for post-graduates, although senior students can also enjoy this seminar and take away great inspiration as well as many useful treatment techniques and ideas that they will be able to apply immediately in treatment. Students, please call us if you would like to talk further regarding your suitability for the course.
